Step 1: You may either call, Email or Book your drone in
Step 3: Once your drone is received, our Drone technician will diagnose your drone within 2-3 working days and contact you with an official repair quote.
Step 4: Upon approval, our certified technicians will commence with the repair
Step 5: Every drone is flight tested, calibrated, and updated before leaving the repair workshop.
Step 6:You have the option to pick up your drone at our store location or via booking a courier.

The warranty covers damage that is not the result of user error or careless flying.
Coverage:
Our Repair Warranty provides extensive coverage for your DJI drone, protecting against damage that is not caused by user error or careless flying. This includes technical or mechanical issues that arise during normal use.
Duration:
The repaired components of your DJI drone, fixed by our skilled drone technicians, are guaranteed under this warranty for a period of 3 months from the date of repair.
Exclusions:
It is important to note that any part or component that was not repaired by our technicians is not covered under this warranty. Additionally, any damage caused by user error, deliberate misuse, accidents, water damage, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
