Sales Administrator

Customer Liaison:
Accurate processing of sales orders and quotes to customers on the ERP system; confirming orders and processing of other documentation for local and/or export markets.
Dispatching of samples to customers along with all relevant documents required.
Updating customers and commercial staff on order status by means of daily communication via email
Full support to the sales team

Administration:

Follow up on all outstanding invoices inline with customer portfolio including that of the Sales Executives
Ensuring that all funds are received prior to dispatch or collections and invoiced accordingly, and proper Internal process has been followed between Warehousing/Transport staff and finance department.
Follow-up on all stock levels of relevant products and monitoring of incoming shipments to fulfil customer requirements as per sales forecast
Avoid any order processing mistakes in terms of product grade, weighbridge quantity, batch numbers as per FIFO rules, pricing, delivery date, etc.
working with the inventory controller on how to manage the stock depletion.

Reporting :
Maintaining sales records
Compiling monthly & weekly sales reports
Reporting on Customer Backorders
Weekly reports to be sent to the Internal Sales & Support Manager by close of business every Monday with updates on the online sales orders and Inventory

And any other duties/tasks relevant to the position as delegated by Management.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

Minimum Grade 12 certificate
Experience in working with CRM systems will be an advantage
Experience in working with Woocommerce will be an advantage
Experience in working in Ecommerce will be an advantage
Experience in working with Unleashed software will be an advantage
Intermediate knowledge of Excel
Tender administration (advantageous)
Drivers license will be an advantage
Diploma or Certificate in Administration will be an advantage
At least 3 years administrative / Sales experience
